2. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Submit only authentic documents that you have legal right to process
• Pay all applicable fees for services rendered
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not use our Services for illegal or fraudulent purposes

3. Service Limitations

Our Services have the following limitations:

• We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice
• Processing times may vary based on document complexity and service demand
• We reserve the right to refuse service for any document we deem inappropriate or illegal
• Certain documents may require additional verification steps by government authorities

4. Fees and Payments

All Services are subject to the following payment terms:

• Fees are due before service commencement unless otherwise agreed
• Prices are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and exclude applicable taxes
• We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and other approved payment methods
• Refunds are only provided as per our Refund Policy (Section 6)

5. Turnaround Times

Estimated processing times:

• Standard Service: 3-5 business days
• Express Service: 24-48 hours (additional fees apply)
• Complex Cases: Timing may vary based on document type and requirements

These are estimates only and not guaranteed completion times.

6. Refund Policy

Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

• If we are unable to complete the service as agreed
• For prepaid services not yet initiated
• In cases of proven service failure on our part

No refunds will be issued for:

• Completed services where documents were processed as requested
• Client-provided incorrect information leading to service issues
• Documents rejected by third parties after our proper processing

7. Intellectual Property

All content and materials provided through our Services, including templates, forms, and documentation, are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or sell our materials without permission
• Use our materials for commercial purposes beyond your personal/business needs
• Reverse engineer or modify our proprietary documents

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Singapore law:

• Our liability for any claims related to our Services is limited to the fees you paid for those Services
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• We are not responsible for how third parties (e.g., government agencies) process or accept documents we've prepared

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on our website with a new "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
